Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Voting and Nominations

When participating in voting and nomination features, you agree to:

Vote honestly and in good faith
Not attempt to manipulate voting outcomes
Not create multiple accounts to gain additional votes
Accept that voting decisions are final

We reserve the right to invalidate votes that violate these guidelines.

6. Games and Contests

Participation in games and contests (including Hit-No-Hit and UB the QB) is subject to:

Specific contest rules posted for each game
Eligibility requirements (age, location)
Fair play guidelines
Prize distribution terms

We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate contest rules or attempt to cheat or manipulate outcomes.

7. User Content

By submitting content (nominations, comments, feedback), you:

Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
Represent that you have the right to submit such content
Agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Sports Fan, Sports Fan Plus, Sports Fan Hall of Fame, Hit-No-Hit, and UB the QB are trademarks of The Sports Fan, Inc. All content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sports Fan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SPORTS FAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
